Join the Florida Department of Corrections and the Florida Foundation for Correctional Excellence (FFCE) on September 25th at Tomoka CI for the Build Your Workforce Employment Partner Showcase—a free, in-facility event designed for employers facing today's talent shortages.

Each year, FDC releases more than 14,000 credentialed tradespeople trained in culinary, electrical, machining, and other in-demand skills. This showcase offers a firsthand look at how that talent is built. Tour hands-on career training programs, meet job-ready candidates preparing for reentry, and connect with fellow employers and community partners shaping the future of Florida's workforce.

Stay for a complimentary lunch and an optional Reentry Simulator—an interactive experience that brings real-world reentry challenges to life and supports informed hiring decisions.
