Halifax Health-Hospice 5K Run/Walk

This year's 24th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k is at 8 AM on Saturday, November 1st! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we have continued to serve the community for 45 years. Since this year's race is the day after Halloween, we encourage everyone to re-wear their costumes to add to the fun! Online registration for the in-person event and non-runner supporters closes on October 30th at noon! Be sure to post pictures, tag our Facebook page and use the hashtag #Hospice5K Packet Pickup will be at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, October 31st from 8am - 6 pm at 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange 32129. Race day packet pickup starts at 6:30 am. You must pick up your bib by 7:50 am if you would like to be timed.
