Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team
as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the voice of BAJIO Sunglasses,
helping customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have an exceptional
experience with our brand. Additionally, you will provide essential support to our Sales
Representatives in achieving their sales goals. If you are a friendly and empathetic individual
with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
channels.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect pair of sunglasses based on their preferences
and needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to answer product-related questions and
support their sales efforts.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog and company policies.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve our products and
services.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
